If your health is compromised or if you are a part of the vulnerable population, you may not be able to physically attend Mass.  There are numerous streaming and recorded options for those times.  We can always be a Church united in and through Christ.

Below you will find those resources for worship and prayer.  Daily Mass from the Chapel of EWTN Studios is available as well as live streaming and recorded celebrations from our local parishes.

      • View the readings here Daily Readings

      • Offer up your Mass for those who are sick or homebound.

      • Participate by singing, saying the responses, standing and kneeling.
      • Pray a spiritual Communion Prayer during the distribution of the Blessed Sacrament.
    • What is a spiritual communion?

Although we don’t now have the Holy Mass and Holy Communion, make a Spiritual Communion. We must simply have the right interior disposition, be in the state of grace (not conscious of any personal, unconfessed mortal sin), and desire to receive Our Lord in Holy Communion; thereby, we unite ourselves spiritually with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass ceaselessly, though privately, celebrated throughout the world.

Spiritual Communion Prayer by St. Alphonsus Liguori:

My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the most Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there, and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.
