Permanent Deacon Inquiry

Bishops Michael Warfel and Jeffrey Fleming, along with Deacon Pete Woelkers (Director of Deacons and Deacon Formation) are excited to announce the opening of a new Permanent Deacon Formation Cohort, which will begin Fall of 2023.

To help men in an initial step of discernment, the diocese will have a Permanent Deacon Inquiry Weekend August 25-27, 2023 in Great Falls.  This weekend is intended for interested men and their wives. It will describe the formation process and its requirements as well as introducing the concept of prayerful discernment.
